Mr. Marcus Masemola Addressed future Achievers Academy Staff on the 07 February 2020. The objective of the Motivation was to energize and motivate the staff around team work and recapping their purpose at the School. The Principal of the School was also present at the presentation.
Mr. Masemola addressed the following points on the day:
• Being a good leader
• Having integrity
• Be a good communicator
• Be in control of your own class
• BE approachable and welcoming
• Be honest
• Have a positive attitude

Mr. Masemola also mentioned that when writing your own story don’t allow anyone to hold the pan. He further alluded that one must have goals in life, and one must work hard in making sure that his/her own goals are achieved.
Mr. Marcus Masemola further asked the participants the following questions:
• What do you want to achieve as an individual?
• How bad do you want it?
• Are you willing to sacrifice for it?
• Do you believe that you can achieve it?
• Are you realistic about?

In his conclusion he requested all participants to make an affirmation that says I CAN! I WILL !
Mr. Masemola closed the session with a bible verses Isaiah 43 verses 1 (The lord who created you says, Do not be afraid- I will save you, I have called you by name you are mine)
