Learner Representative Council Training
STG Consulting Enterprise offers training for Leaner Representative Councils. The organization believes that investing time and resources in young people helps prepare them to become future leaders. Preparing good leaders involves starting their development at a young age. Steve Tshwete Boarding School has appointed STG Consulting Enterprise to train their elected Representative Council of Learners.

- The Importance of a School Code of Conduct
- Your role as RCL, role of SGB, Role of the Principal, role of the teacher and the role of a learner
Our dedicated and capable team at STG spent the entire day empowering future leaders. We are confident that all elected RCL leaders now understand their roles and functions comprehensively. The training concluded with formulating an action plan and assigning the RCL leaders various tasks to implement at school.
