STG Consulting Enterprise had been hosted by Middelburg Mine Primary School on the 29th to 30th of November 2019, at Olifant River Lodge. The purpose for this gathering was to have a Strategic Planning Session, discussing the plans and strategizing on how the school should operate going forth to the year 2020.
We covered the following topics:

➢ Definition of Leadership, Management as well as its roles and responsibilities
➢ The importance of a Vision, Mission
➢ The Strategic Objective of the school
➢ The principles and the values of the school
➢ Who is who doing what: The role of the SGB, the role of the principal, the role of the SMT.
➢ The SWOT analysis
➢ The commission document

This session was graced by the presence of the school’s principal, the SGB, 2 parents, the STG Team by the name of Sophia Mogola and Precious Sibiya. As well as Mr Rod Clarke who addressed the roles and responsibilities of the School Governing Body (SGB).
The Middelburg Mine Primary School’s leadership it is a very interesting team, easy to work with and they are keen to learn.
As the STG team we are very much grateful and we feel really honoured to be given an opportunity of facilitate the Strategic Plan of the school.
